Processes That Work For You |
HTC is the ideal source for produced fluid
system evaluations and designs. HTC is unbiased and professional.
HTC designs high-tech process systems for the
petroleum production segment of industry. In many cases these are
gravity flow systems with high-efficiency internals to assure pipeline
oil quality summer and winter without heat, and injectable/disposable
water quality without filtration.
HTC provides advanced process and equipment
designs for hydrocarbon Vapor Emission Control Systems used in the
refined petroleum liquid loading terminal industry. These designs are
consistent with the requirements of the EPA to provide a cleaner
environment, and with the Clean Air Act.
HTC has decades of experience working with McGill, Zink , Jordan,
Edwards, CoolSorption and other vapor recovery systems. That
experience has been invaluable to HTC clients who want to advance
these older technologies.
HTC was instrumental in developing today’s
most advanced vapor recovery system known as the DRYVac™ System. It
uses 21st century instruments, software, specialty carbon, and safe,
reliable dry screw vacuum pumps designed specifically for this
service. Over 130 of these systems are in place in the US and
worldwide.
In this design HTC succeeded in reducing
operating energy by at least 30%, and often more, depending on
terminal specific loading activity. All flows and temperatures are
transmitted to the GE-PLC where they are managed by a sophisticated
software program HTC helped develop. A dedicated Human-Machine
Interface (HMI) is unique to the DRYVac™ System It continuously
displays all of the operating conditions, and is accessible via modem
24/7/365. This is the most user-friendly system on the market today.
