High-Tech has been in the business of addressing complex issues in the field of oilfield water and oil separation for well over a decade. In order to do a professional job of answering those questions, HTC gathers the salient information about each application in advance.

HTC has developed an interactive questionnaire form in the MS-Word “forms” format. This document in very user friendly. Once you open it, simply progress from the first answer box to the last using the TAB key on your keyboard. When you are in any answer box you can enter the information requested by simply typing your response in that box. When you’re finished with that reply, read the next question, tab to the next answer box, and reply to it. Simply repeat this until you reach the end.

At the end of the questionnaire is a box for you to draw a flow sketch of your facilities. If you are unfamiliar with how to draw in MS-Word, simply click on VIEW, TOOLBARS, DRAWING, and the drawing toolbar will open. Use the drawing symbols to create your sketch. If you need more tools, click on TOOLS, CUSTOMIZE, COMMANDS, DRAWING, and every drawing tool will appear. While in this view you can drag any or all of these additional tools into the DRAWING toolbar for use now and in the future.

The second form is designed to be printed, filled out by hand, and faxed or mailed. To access the questionnaire form of your choice, simply click on the green box below.

• QUESTIONNAIRE IN EMAIL FORMAT. FILL IT OUT. SAVE IT TO YOUR HARD DRIVE. THEN ATTACH IT TO YOUR RETURN EMAIL.

• QUESTIONNAIRE IN HARD COPY FORMAT. FILL IT OUT AND RETURN IT BY FAX OR REGULAR MAIL, OR CONVERT IT TO PDF FORMAT AND RETURN IT AS AN ATTACHMENT TO AN EMAIL.
